Dr. Nicole R. Robinson is the creator of the 4P Culture Framework™ and CEO of Cultural Connections by Design. She brings deep experience as a former university professor and senior academic leader and has supported more than 150 institutions across higher education, healthcare, and corporate settings.
Regardless of the learning pathway you choose, your tuition includes access to all core program elements: milestone-aligned coaching, live cohort sessions, three months of implementation labs, peer learning, and tools grounded in the 4P Culture Framework™.
For the VISION + IMPACT Intensive, tuition also covers your in-person experience: a five-day beachfront intensive, private lodging, all breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (except two evenings to allow you to explore the local cuisine), and local transportation from the airport or water taxi to the resort.
For the VISION + IMPACT Virtual pathway, tuition includes weekly live sessions, three months of integration support, and five additional personal 1:1 coaching sessions to support implementation—offered in place of the immersive in-person experience.
Please note: While tuition is the same for both formats, each structure is intentionally designed to support different needs and contexts.
Yes. We accept both institutional payments (via invoice or purchase order) and direct personal payments. Just let us know your preferred method during registration, and we’ll make it easy.
Yes—guests are welcome to join you at the resort during the VISION + IMPACT Intensive. However, please note that the program itself is designed as a focused, immersive leadership experience. Guests will not participate in sessions or program activities, but they are welcome to enjoy the resort and surrounding area during your stay.
Additional lodging and meal fees may apply depending on room configuration and guest arrangements. Let us know during registration if you’re planning to bring someone, and we’ll help coordinate the details.
Yes—you’re welcome to extend your stay before or after the VISION + IMPACT Intensive. Many participants choose to arrive early or stay longer to rest, reflect, or explore. We’re happy to connect you with the resort to coordinate additional nights at your own expense, subject to availability. Let us know your plans during registration, and we’ll help you make the arrangements.
