5) Email, CRM, Scheduling, and Payments

  • Email/CRM: We use Pipedrive to send updates you request or that are relevant to your relationship with us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email.
  • Scheduling: We use Calendly and Pipedrive Scheduler to manage appointments. Information you submit (name, email, notes) is stored by that provider per its privacy terms.
  • Payments: We use Stripe Payment via WooCommerce, Stripe Payment via Kajabi, and Quickbooks Online to process payments. Your payment data is handled directly by the processor and not stored on CCBD servers.

6) When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, email/CRM, scheduling, payments, advertising platforms) under contracts that limit their use of data.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition) subject to continued protection of your data.
