I Didn’t Mean That!: Understanding Microaggressions

You may have heard this term before, but do you know what a microaggression is? Do you recognize one when it occurs? More importantly, do you have the tools to counter microaggressions when you witness or experience them? Microaggressions negatively impact members of minoritized groups and ultimately erodes safety and trust in your organization. This course will help you define and identify microaggressions, as well as provide practical ways to counter and avoid them.
