When creating a cultural climate of inclusivity, one must not only learn “about” diversity, but also develop the critical analysis and reasoning skills to (re)frame diversity’s complexities to shift the overall cultural paradigm. As we become skilled and insightful evaluators of our thinking, we increase our ability to address a variety of “diversity” issues effectively both and appropriately.
