Session Description

What’s my role in creating a culture of belonging? A culture that accepts, values, and leverages the strength in differences. Each person, knowingly or unknowingly, contributes and informs the organization’s overall cultural climate at all times. Therefore, each person must know and understand their specific role and how it functions positively or negatively. This session helps each person identify their cultural change role and provides specific action steps to drive cultural change to create an organization where everyone not only survives, but thrives.
